An end-to-end SaaS platform taken from concept to functionally complete solo: user auth, subscription billing, a scraping layer for sourcing leads, and an AI generation flow, structured so the scraping and generation pieces could scale independently.

Shipped in 14 days from empty repo to working product ready for real users.

Problem

A founder validating a journaling-app concept needed the hardest technical piece proven before committing to a full build: a freeform infinite canvas (Snapchat-editor-meets-scrapbook) with smooth multi-touch gestures.

Built

An iOS prototype in Expo: infinite vertical canvas with auto-grow, photo, text and video-thumbnail elements, per-element pan, pinch and rotate via Reanimated and Gesture Handler, z-index controls, a crop screen, view-mode with fullscreen preview, and JSON save/reload with lazy loading of off-screen elements for performance.

Outcome

A smooth working prototype the client used to validate his concept, with the persistence model architected so no rendering rebuild is needed when the backend is wired later. Client came back wanting a v2.

Problem

A card-marketplace client needed a clean eBay Buy Browse API integration with a correct OAuth token-refresh loop and multi-market affiliate link tracking across five regions, without burning API quotas or breaking in production.

Built

A standalone Node.js integration: client-credentials OAuth with in-memory token reuse that re-mints just before expiry so fetches don't fail mid-run, a Browse search client, ePN affiliate link mapping across US, UK, DE, FR and IT with correct campaign and custom ID injection, a mocked test suite, and a rate-limits reference doc grounded in eBay's live docs.

Outcome

Merged clean with all tests green and CI passing; the client verified production Browse returning live results. Led to a scoped phase-two offer for deeper seller-inventory work.

Problem

A client needed to track shifting stats and lines across 10–30 live matches simultaneously on a site with heavy anti-bot protection and a login wall, with alerts the moment tracked metrics moved.

Built

A background monitoring system using headless browser automation to hold an authenticated session, staggered polling across many matches on a 3–5 minute cycle, change detection on the tracked metrics, and Telegram and email alerts, packaged with install steps and a readme.

Outcome

A hands-off monitor that ran in the background and pushed alerts on line movement across the full match set.

Problem

A live content-generation platform was throwing intermittent 500s, with voice generation hanging on large jobs and downloads failing under load. Real users were hitting the errors.

Built

Root-caused three separate issues: an upstream TTS queue causing the submit flow to hang on big jobs, a download proxy buffering entire files in memory instead of streaming (blowing the memory ceiling on large scripts), and a duplicate-submission case returning a generic 500 instead of handling the 409. Fixed and verified each against a real large job.

Outcome

All three resolved and confirmed on production workloads. Became an ongoing retainer relationship on a weekly cadence.

Problem

Clients in the onchain space needed trading automation and market-data tooling: bots that watch markets, evaluate signals, and act, plus the scraping and API groundwork underneath.

Built

Trading-bot and market-monitoring work across EVM chains and prediction markets, including live price, candle and volume signal logic, CLOB API integration, and the reconnaissance work to find and correctly parse the right endpoints. That digging caught an inverted price-calculation bug before it shipped.

Outcome

Working automation that monitored markets and executed on defined conditions, backed by data pipelines built to survive real-world API limits and anti-bot measures.
